READ BEFORE ENTERING RSVP INFORMATION

Before completing the RSVP reply, please read the EVENT SITE ACCESS and EVENT PARKING sections that follow. There may be a significant number of people attending this event.  Therefore, an attempt has been made to have an orderly flow of people and vehicular traffic.

Provision has been made to have an unobstructed ONE-WAY travel lane through the marina property to provide for attendee drop-off and pick-up, as well as for emergency vehicle access.

Parking is the other issue. As much parking as possible has been provided off-site, but close to the event site.  Carpooling where possible is requested.  If the number of vehicles determined from the RSVP suggests that overflow parking will be used, then a shuttle bus will be provided.

Your response regarding parking space needs is important. Please complete the vehicle information in the RSVP section.
