Hyde Park Landing Ltd. has entered into an agreement with The Landing At Hyde Park, LLC to collaboratively develop its property on the West side of the railroad.
Plans are in the concept phase at this time, but the current though is to develop a deepwater dock for tour ships, a restaurant/inn, and condominiums along the 1,500 feet of River frontage owned by Hyde Park Landing, Ltd. A conceptual plan is shown on Plate 13.
